Important: The Service is informational only. It does not process bookings, payments, or reservations. All bookings must be completed on the hotel's official booking platform.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for:

• Generating booking links to complete reservations on the official website

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for automated scraping, data mining, or bulk queries beyond normal user behavior

• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers hosting it

• Any booking issues, pricing discrepancies, or availability conflicts
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your queries or data

Booking and Reservations

When you follow a booking link provided by the Service, you leave this assistant and interact directly with Silverado Resort's booking platform. All bookings are subject to:

• Availability and pricing confirmation at time of booking
• Payment processing and security policies of the hotel's booking system

Kismet is not responsible for the booking process, payment handling, cancellation policies, or any disputes arising from reservations made through the hotel's booking platform.
