Napa Valley’s historic Silverado Resort and Spa sold

The North Bay Business Journal reports that Napa Valley’s landmark Silverado Resort and Spa has been acquired by affiliates of KSL Capital Partners and Arcade Capital. The change in ownership marks a new chapter for the 449-room, 300-acre luxury property, which has been a hospitality icon since the 1870s. With veteran hotelier Todd Shallan stepping in as managing director, the resort is set to continue evolving under the new management’s focus on world-class guest experiences and wellness-driven hospitality.
